I was licensed when I was thirteen and had my extra when I was fifteen. Forty Five years later I am still in the hobby. I am a member of Elko Amateur Radio Club.
Professionally I am a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath and Board Certified Master Herbalist, with certificates in Integrative & Functional Medicine, and Terahertz Therapy) and Co-owner of Naturopathy Lane with my XYL Pam Lane KK7UHJ also in Elko, NV.
I typically operate in two modes FT8 and CW, but sometimes I do go back and play on PSK31 and RTTY. I detest the microphone. I also detest Windows and use a mini mac for my Digital modes.
I also enjoy kit building. My MicroBitx is pretty tricked out, but I am going to build in a digital SWR and Power meter for it.
